Outreach Marketing Coordinator

Key Qualifications

  • 3-years marketing experience
  • Multi-family marketing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Company at local events and expos.
  • Plan and coordinate on-location events at Company properties
  • Plan & implement creative monthly promotion
  • Create print advertisements, signage, and giveaway items for events and promotions
  • Conduct regular site visits to find ways to improve curb appeal
  • Work with leasing team to improve sales techniques and skills
  • Find opportunities for cross-promotion
  • Regularly visit competing properties and report findings to the executive team, looking for ways to improve over competition
  • Schedule regular outreach marketing opportunities with leasing managers to promote the Company in the community
  • Find sponsorship opportunities and philanthropic projects to help the Company give back to the community
  • Review signage throughout each community and schedule repairs & replacements as needed
  • Find opportunities for off-site and directional signage
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Strategist to create online campaigns promoting upcoming events and specials
  • Review and update company collateral regularly and work with vendors to create new stationary, business cards, and giveaway items

Service Technician

Location: Greater Baltimore Area, MD

Key Qualifications

  • 1 year prior multi-family service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of proper use of various tools including power tools and other equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Physical ability to stand, crouch, and work continuously for long periods
  • Heat pump knowledge is a must

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily maintenance of the community
  • Provide excellent customer service to all residents by communicating professionally and providing prompt and efficient service
  • Effectively handle resident service tickets, correcting the situation within 24 hours
  • Perform scheduled maintenance turnover work on vacant apartments utilizing the move-in/move-out checklist, detailed unit status report, and company policies & procedures
  • Maintain all storage facilities, equipment, and the maintenance shop in a neat and orderly working condition
  • Retrieve and dispense of any visible trash around the property en route to work assignments
  • Maximize the interior and exterior appearance and condition of the community
  • Provide on-call maintenance for evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Leasing Professional

Location: Harford County & Easter Baltimore County, MD

Key Qualifications

  • 1 year prior multi-family leasing experience preferred
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service, communications, and writing skills
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • MRI experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high occupancy rates by leasing units to qualified applicants
  • Answer all calls and correspondence in a professional and friendly manner
  • Attempt to set up an appointment with every prospect
  • Present the features and benefits of the property to all prospects during email and phone conversations and while touring the community
  • Assist applicants in completing Applications for Lease
  • Receive and input service requests into MRI
  • Prepare Lease Agreements, move-in packets, and other documents for new residents
  • Notify residents of upcoming service in their homes or buildings
  • Understand and adhere to all Fair Housing Laws
  • Other duties as assigned

Pest Control Technician

Location: Greater Baltimore Area, MD

Key Qualifications

  • Prior pest control experience
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Install preventative applications under the direction of the Regional Service Manager throughout each community.
  • Provide service to residents according to company standards and procedures.
  • Complete and submit daily service tickets as required.
  • Be knowledgeable of technical data concerning chemicals used and their application.
  • Be knowledgeable of federal, state and local regulations regarding pest control.
  • Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service stops.
  • Maintain proper inventory of products in usage.
  • Maintain service records in accordance with EPA standards.
  • Maintain service equipment in clean and proper operating condition.
  • Complete federal, state, local and company required training programs within prescribed time limits for proper certification.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Receptionist

Location:  Nottingham, MD

Key Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Preferred multi-family experience
  • Excellent communications and writing skills
  • Great organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintain daily call log & employee logs
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
  • Place monthly office supply orders & distribute and put away supplies upon arrival
