Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior multi-family service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of proper use of various tools including power tools and other equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Physical ability to stand, crouch, and work continuously for long periods

Role & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for renovations of the community
  • Provide excellent customer service to all residents by communicating professionally and providing prompt and efficient service
  • Effectively handle renovations tasks including plastering, sheetrock finishing, cabinetry installation, flooring installation, appliance installation, and other carpentry tasks as needed
  • Perform scheduled renovations turnover work on vacant apartments utilizing company policies and procedures and scope of work requirements
  • Maintain all equipment in a neat and orderly working condition
  • Maximize the interior and exterior appearance and condition of the community
  • Assure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
