Movies to Watch

Movies: With movie theaters closing across the country to combat the spread of coronavirus, many production companies are releasing their movie's early to different streaming platforms. Check your OnDemand library and streaming services for new releases. 

  • Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker- can be streamed now on iTunes or Prime Video

  • Frozen 2- can be streamed now on Disney+

  • The Invisible Man- can be streamed now on iTunes or Prime Video

  • The Hunt- can be streamed now on iTunes or Prime Video

  • Emma- can be streamed now on iTunes or Prime Video

  • Onward- you can stream Onward on Disney+

  • Birds of Prey- can be found on iTunes or Prime Video

  • Bad Boys for Life- will get an early digital release on March 31st.

  • Sonic the Hedgehog- will get an early digital release on March 31st.

  • Trolls World Tour- Universal/DreamWorks' Trolls World Tour will be released digitally and for streaming on April 10th.

 

Television Shows to Watch

  • Jimmy Fallon is hosting the Tonight Show from his home with guest appearances from his two daughters and his wife. You can watch it on Youtube or NBC.

  • Miley Cyrus has created her own show called Bright Minded and goes live on her Instagram page Monday-Friday at 2:30 pm with special guests.

  • Little Fires Everywhere (Hulu)- based on the 2017 novel of the same name by Celeste Ng. This miniseries stars Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington.

  • Tiger King- Netflix

  • Love is Blind- Netflix

  • Cheer- Netflix

  • AMC and BBC America's Killing Eve has moved up its third season premiere to April 12th at 9pm

  • Self Made- Miniseries on Netflix inspired by the life of Madam C.J. Walker

 

Music & Concerts

  • Sunday, March 29th on FOX Elton John is hosting iHeart Living Room Concert for America. The concert starts at 9 pm ET and 6pm PT. Performances include: Alicia Keys, Billie Eilish, Backstreet Boys, Tim McGraw, Billie Joe Armstrong, Mariah Carey and more!

  • iHeart Radio is going live on Instagram with many famous artists.

  • Other musicians such as Coldplay's lead singer Chris Martin, John Legend and others have performed live on their Instagram pages

  • The Weeknd just dropped his new album After Hours

  • Rihanna and PartyNextDoor teamed up again and released the song Believe It. We have not heard from Rihanna musically since 2016 

  • Spotify has "New Music Friday's"- where they create a playlist with all the new music that was released that week
